I want to give my fellow authors a heads up that the short story publications Blue Mesa Review and Android Press are currently open for submissions. You’ll find the guidelines below. However, this is just an overview. It is always wise to get your information directly from the magazine’s website and read what they have published in the past.
Blue Mesa Review
DESCRIPTION: A literary magazine published through the creative writing department at the University of New Mexico.

RESPONSE TIME: Typically 2-6 months (But it could be longer).
WORD COUNT: 6,000 words, fiction + nonfiction. 3 poems. They are also seeking visual art.
